Victoria Garcia Joins Women in DSO Board

Dental Care Alliance (DCA) has proudly announced the appointment of Victoria Garcia, their Chief Financial Officer, to the Board of Directors for Women in DSO®. This organization was established to empower women in the dental support industry, aiming to foster future leaders who will continue to shape the sector.

Established in 2019, Women in DSO® is committed to promoting women leaders across the Dental Support Organization landscape. DCA, being one of the largest and most established DSOs in the field, stands as a founding member of this vital organization and has been an avid supporter since its inception.

Victoria Garcia took on the role of CFO at DCA in June 2023, and since then, she has played a significant role in furthering the company’s mission. With a vision to modernize the dental industry through technology while maintaining an unwavering focus on patient care, Garcia’s approach embodies the values of DCA.

Prior to her tenure at DCA, Garcia’s impressive career included serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at North American Partners in Anesthesia, a major player in the anesthesia and perioperative management sector in the U.S. She demonstrated her expertise in managing financial operations for a company that serves nearly three million patients each year across over 500 healthcare facilities.

Upon her appointment, Garcia expressed her enthusiasm for joining the Women in DSO® Board. She stated, “I am honored and excited to join the board of directors for Women in DSO®. As a CFO, I look forward to contributing my financial expertise and strategic insights to further the organization's mission and support its continued growth.” Garcia is optimistic about working alongside other board members to amplify the voices of established and aspiring female leaders within the industry.
