Full-Life Technologies Secures $150 Million to Propel Clinical Innovations and Manufacturing

Full-Life Technologies, a global leader in radiotherapeutics, recently disclosed a significant financing milestone, securing a total of $150 million. This funding package includes about $110 million in equity raised through a Series D financing round and $40 million in debt financing. The financing was spearheaded by Vivo Capital, along with strategic partners like SK Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and Chengwei Capital, among others.

Strategic Utilization of Funds

The proceeds from this financing are earmarked for advancing Full-Life's clinical stage assets, notably the potentially best-in-class [225Ac]-FL-020 for prostate cancer and the innovative [225Ac]-FL-261 that targets multiple solid tumor indications. Full-Life anticipates having three distinct clinical stage programs in progress by the end of 2026, all stemming from its proprietary UniRDC™ discovery platform. This strategic funding will also facilitate the establishment of GMP-grade 225Ac manufacturing within Full-Life's cutting-edge facility located in Belgium. This capability not only enhances control over production but also offers a competitive edge in the rapid advancement of clinical development for radiotherapeutics.

The Vision Behind the Financing

Hao Dong, Managing Director at Vivo Capital, emphasized the distinctiveness of Full-Life, highlighting its scientific vision and ability to convert that vision into tangible achievements on a global scale. Dong expressed admiration for the efficiency of Full-Life's early discoveries and the promising data emerging from their lead program. Leading the Series D financing, he conveyed their conviction that Full-Life is transitioning into a fully integrated radiopharmaceutical company and looks forward to supporting its next phase of growth.

Julie Wu, the President and Chief Financial Officer of Full-Life, remarked on the significance of this financing, characterizing it as a reflection of the company's evolution from a platform developer to a clinical-stage enterprise over the past four years. She noted the momentum from their lead asset and the swift advancement of their pipeline, asserting that this funding will be crucial for their transition into late-stage development and ensuring the operational readiness of their Belgium GMP facility to support global commercial supply of 225Ac.

Financial Summary

With this latest financing round, Full-Life Technologies has amassed nearly $350 million in total funding since its establishment in 2021. This includes both equity and debt financing, enabling the company to accelerate its ambitions in the field of clinical radiotherapeutics.
