The Port of Corner Brook has officially launched a new liner service aimed at bolstering the supply chain for Arctic communities, in collaboration with the marine terminal operator LOGISTEC and Nunavut Eastern Arctic Shipping (NEAS). On October 5, 2026, the arrival of the ice-class vessel, UKPIK, marked a significant step in this initiative.
