Envision Energy Unveils 2026 Net Zero Action Report at VivaTech

Envision Energy, a global leader in green technology, has recently revealed its 2026 Net Zero Action Report at VivaTech, one of the premier innovation events in Europe. This report marks the sixth consecutive year that Envision is committed to promoting a sustainable future through innovative energy solutions. In an era characterized by rapid technological advancement, the integration of energy systems with artificial intelligence (AI) is not only optimizing industrial processes but also laying the groundwork for sustainable prosperity.

Transforming Energy Systems

The report emphasizes that true energy transition goes beyond merely replacing outdated energy sources; it involves creating an entirely new generation of infrastructure that supports sustainable growth in the AI era. According to Lei Zhang, Founder and CEO of Envision, "Energy is not just the foundation of AI but the lifeblood of intelligence itself. As energy systems evolve into the core infrastructure of our intelligent era, comprehensive energy management will be essential for fueling the upcoming industrial revolution driven by AI."

Pioneering AI Energy Systems

Over the past year, Envision has pioneered next-generation energy systems, defining them as AI-powered energy systems. This innovative model maximizes the value of each unit of renewable electricity, optimizes computing workloads, and aligns limited energy capacity with the increasing demand for GPUs. Envision has successfully demonstrated this model at the Chifeng Net Zero Industrial Park, operating entirely on renewable energy with a capacity of 2 GW. By utilizing its Energy Operating System (EnOS) along with the Energy Foundation model, Envision coordinates renewable energy sources, storage, computing workloads, and green hydrogen production in real time.

Furthermore, in collaboration with Tencent, Envision has deployed AI Power systems to enhance the scheduling of AI workloads, dynamically adapting to the availability of renewable energy.

Mission Gobi Initiative

The company also announced its global initiative, Mission Gobi, at VivaTech 2026, which aims to develop 5 GW capacity for eco-friendly AI data centers (AIDCs) in desert and arid regions by 2030.

Global Impact

The report highlights Envision’s critical role in tangible innovations that address global challenges, such as energy security, industrial transformation, and community development. For instance, in Egypt, Envision’s Amunet wind project, with a capacity of 500 MW, has become fully operational, generating about 2.3 billion kWh annually, enough to power approximately 800,000 households and contributing to Egypt’s Vision 2030.

In the UK, Envision’s intelligent energy storage system supports the Carrington project, one of the largest autonomous storage solutions in the country. Once operational, it will supply electricity for 2.2 million homes over two hours, mitigating renewable energy output constraints and enhancing grid stability while contributing to net-zero goals.

Additionally, in a leap towards global green trade, Envision has made its first shipment of green ammonia produced in the Chifeng Net Zero Industrial Park to LOTTE Fine Chemical in South Korea. This milestone sets the stage for "green oil" as a universally recognized carbon-neutral raw material.

Community Engagement

In Laos, the Monsoon wind project by Envision is contributing to local communities by clearing over 1,200 landmines and unexploded ordnance. It not only provides clean electricity equivalent to what 1.43 million households consume in Vietnam but also generates over 1,600 local jobs and supports educational programs in the area.

With six consecutive years of publishing the Net Zero Action Report, Envision Energy has transitioned from being a carbon neutrality pioneer and technology partner to becoming a global builder of infrastructure for a sustainable future.
