Since its opening in 2013, Dominique Bouchet Tokyo has been a shining star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo, consistently earning accolades for its exceptional culinary offerings. This autumn, the restaurant is introducing an exclusive label of Ossetra caviar, named after Chef Dominique himself. To celebrate this event, the esteemed restaurant is offering a limited-time pairing set of Ossetra caviar with specially selected Champagne, available from November 20, 2025, until February 28, 2026.

Located in the heart of Ginza, Dominique Bouchet Tokyo (2F, Fukujin Building, 1-5-6 Ginza, Chuo-ku) is elevating the dining experience with the introduction of their original Ossetra caviar, available in 30g and 50g portions starting from October 4, 2025. The limited-time pairing set combines the delicate flavors of Polish Ossetra caviar with exquisite Champagne, a perfect match for an unforgettable culinary experience.

The special Ossetra caviar boasts a creamy texture and refined taste, known for its nutty aroma and delicate aftertaste. Enjoy the caviar served with light blinis and sour cream to amplify its exquisite flavors.

What is Ossetra Caviar?


Ossetra caviar, derived from the Russian sturgeon, is one of the top three luxury caviars in the world. Its medium-sized, golden eggs are famed for their rich flavor profile, balancing a subtle saltiness with a luscious mouthfeel that melts in your mouth. It pairs exceptionally well with Champagne, making it a luxurious treat.

Availability and Reservations


  • - Caviar Ossetra: Available from October 4, 2025, during lunch and dinner. Reservations can be made up to two days in advance via the official website, phone, or email.
  • - Champagne and Caviar Set Plans: Available from November 20, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Reservations for these limited sets will be taken from November 18 via phone only, with a note that the menu is an optional add-on to your meal selection.

Please note that on January 20, 2026, there will be a dinner event, and sales will be paused.
