This surge includes a large number of young employees fresh out of university, reflecting a vibrant community that continues to thrive in its fourth year of existence. Sponsorship Involvement with AFTER 6 LEAGUE™

The AFTER 6 LEAGUE™, spearheaded by TOPPAN Corporation and supported by a consortium of other companies, was established in July 2020. Its primary goal is to promote corporate e-sports activities and create networking opportunities through these engagements. Over the years, participation has surged, with around 3,500 individuals hailing from 491 corporate teams taking part in this popular e-sports tournament. For the Season 6 competition, Nikken Total Sourcing will continue its sponsorship after successfully participating in Season 5. The prior engagement significantly boosted awareness of the e-bukatsu within and outside the company and resulted in the formal naming of its corporate team as “NIKKEN SMILE GAMING.” This has, in turn, facilitated lively interactions among competing businesses.
