Running from September 13 to November 30, 2025, this unique themed café invites you to explore what it would be like if the legendary artist Hokusai opened a restaurant.

A Menu Inspired by the Master

The Hokusai-themed café will feature an array of original dishes inspired by the artist's renowned works. Each item on the menu is designed to spark your imagination, merging traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern culinary creativity. From soba that depicts waves and Mount Fuji to a blue omurice that captures Hokusai’s love for color, every dish tells a story.

Signature Dishes Include:

• - Fugaku Soba (1,690 yen): Dive into a bowl that presents Hokusai’s famous wave in a dish, garnished with daikon depicted as Fuji and crispy tempura that adds depth and texture.
• - Hokusai Blue Omurice (1,890 yen): A nostalgic twist on a beloved dish, crafted without ketchup, enabling you to taste flavors you wouldn't expect from its vibrant appearance.
• - Hokusai Burger (1,990 yen): A combination of Japanese and Western influences, featuring cod that draws from the roots of manga-style aesthetics.
• - Geometric Chirashi Sushi (2,290 yen): A stunning sushi plate that combines traditional ingredients like eel and shrimp with an innovative cheese and tomato twist.
