Another standout is the Shine Muscat Verrine, also available for 780 yen. Layers of bergamot jelly, honey lemon mousse, and cream cheese mousse combine harmoniously, finished with fresh Shine Muscat grapes and a refreshing white grape jelly. Topped with tea-flavored whipped cream, it is a feast for the eyes and taste buds with its beautiful presentation featuring edible flowers and honeycomb-shaped white chocolate.

For chocolate lovers, the Chocolat Royal, at 700 yen, promises a rich and velvety experience. Composed entirely of chocolate—from ganache to sablé—this cake offers an indulgent treat that is sure to please.

Beloved Basque Cheesecake


Not to be missed, the Chocolate Basque Cheesecake is back by popular demand! Available from September 1 to November 30, it incorporates smooth cream cheese made from Hokkaido milk, combined with sweet and fragrant Kasama chestnuts from Ibaraki and rich French cocoa at 64%. This delightful creation is priced at 3,300 yen and can also be ordered online via the JRE MALL.
