Experience the Future of Creativity with AI and 3D Printing Workshop for Families

Family-Friendly AI × 3D Printing Workshop

As we welcome the New Year, 3DLab located in Bunkyo, Tokyo, invites families to participate in an exciting workshop titled “AI × 3D Printing Experience” on January 4, 2026. This event allows participants of all ages—from children to adults—to dive into the world of creativity and innovation. Why not kick off the new year with some hands-on “making” and inspire future creators? This workshop promises a unique opportunity to engage in contemporary technology and innovation.

Workshop Highlights

  • - Experience Cutting-Edge Creation: Attendees will explore generating art with AI and then transition that artwork into tangible 3D printed forms. No prior experience in programming or digital crafts is necessary! This process will naturally elevate children's creativity.

  • - A Memorable Winter Break Activity: This workshop presents an excellent way for families to create memories through “a mix of learning and artwork,” making it a perfect New Year's gift experience!

  • - Learn and Create Together: With parents able to join in, the workshop encourages teamwork in crafting individual creations. It offers a wonderful hands-on learning opportunity that will be reminisced about during future family discussions.

Attendees will gain essential skills in 3D printing basics and AI design processes, applicable to future creative endeavors, research projects, and personal hobbies.

Teaching Methodology

The workshop will feature small groups (3–8 participants), ensuring attentive and personalized instruction. The session will kick off with an engaging introduction to the basics of AI and 3D printing, followed by interactive workshops where participants will create their own designs. Instructors will offer guidance tailored to each individual's pace, ensuring that even newcomers feel supported and comfortable.

What to Bring

No specific items are required for participants to bring along.

Creating Your Masterpiece

Each participant will leave with their originally designed piece produced by our 3D printer.
