As the holiday season approaches, Age.3 introduces a delightful limited menu featuring two exquisite winter sandwiches — the Roast Beef Sandwich and the Mix Berry Opera. These culinary masterpieces promise satisfaction and warmth during the cold months ahead.
The Roast Beef Sandwich combines juicy roast beef piled high on crispy fried bread, complemented by a rich egg yolk and special sauce that creates a harmonious blend of flavors. Every bite offers a decadent experience, showcasing the savory essence of the beef paired perfectly with the aromatic sauce. At a price of ¥1,500 (tax included), this gourmet fried sandwich is a true indulgence.
On the sweeter side, the Mix Berry Opera delights with its luxurious combination of vibrant berries and smooth hazelnut chocolate paste, adorned with edible gold leaf for an added touch of elegance. Age.3 employs a specially developed low-sugar whipped cream made with the natural sweetener Lacanto, which achieves the sweetness of sugar without adding any calories. The blend contains high-purity extract from monk fruit, combined with erythritol, to enrich the creamy texture while maintaining a light, refreshing mouthfeel that doesn’t overwhelm, making every bite enjoyable.
