Richard W. Powers
Richard W. Powers has taken on the role of Vice President of Business Development at Rapidan’s New York City office. With a remarkable career spanning over three decades, Richard brings extensive experience in international financial and data services. His most recent position was as Senior Sales Executive at S&P Global, where he was recognized as a top producer and awarded for sales excellence. Notably, Richard played a pivotal role in pioneering the sale of maritime trade data to hedge funds, closing several multimillion-dollar deals with major banking institutions. His impressive portfolio also includes a 20-year tenure at Bloomberg LP, where he thrived in leading major institutional accounts and launching innovative financial solutions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Bryson L. Rexwinkle
Joining Rapidan in Houston, Bryson L. Rexwinkle assumes the role of Vice President of Business Development, arming the company with his comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector. Previously, he served as Sales Manager for New Business at Energy Aspects, where he excelled in building and maintaining client relationships throughout North America, ranging from traders to C-suite executives. Bryson’s career also includes significant business development roles at Hart Energy and a successful stint as a licensed home inspector. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Communication Studies from the University of Kansas.
Kenya Schott
Kenya Schott joins Rapidan as an Energy Analyst, bringing a wealth of expertise in energy economics and market research. She previously held analyst positions at the U.S. Energy Information Administration, focusing on natural gas, LNG, and upstream energy trends. At the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Kenya authored critical market insights and contributed to analyses involving oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree from Whitman College.
