To join the campaign, download the LUUP app and register as a user. Once you're registered, begin your ride as normal to automatically benefit from the 15-minute free ride. Although credit card information is required during registration, no charges will apply for rides lasting 15 minutes or less.

- - Campaign Period: April 15, 2026 (10:00 AM) to April 22, 2026 (11:59 PM). Note that the campaign may change or be canceled without prior notice.
- - Eligible Areas: Sapporo, Utsunomiya, Takamatsu, Tsu, Okazaki, Kitakyushu, Hamamatsu, and Naha.
- - Eligibility: Any registered user of the LUUP app can participate.
- - Campaign Mechanics: During the specified period, rides within 15 minutes can be made free of charge, no limit on the number of trips.

Important Notes
