The company promoted Tony Click to Senior Vice President of Leasing, a position well-earned after 44 years of experience in commercial real estate. Tony, who has already dedicated 22 years to The Crescent in Dallas, has been instrumental in establishing the property as a prime location for both tenants and partners. In his new role, he'll not only oversee leasing at The Crescent but also spearhead leasing efforts at 2000 McKinney as Crescent expands its Uptown portfolio. His exceptional ability to cultivate strong tenant relationships has consistently supported long-term value creation for the company.
Another significant promotion went to Valeria Caso Hatley, who steps up as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. Valeria joined Crescent in 2022 and has since been a vital part of the legal team, collaborating with various departments to ensure the company's contracts and property-related documentation meet legal requirements. In her elevated role, she will continue to provide essential legal support, manage legal operations, and fortify Crescent's governance frameworks and risk management practices.
Peter Miquelon has also risen through the ranks to become Vice President of Investments. Having joined Crescent in 2019, Peter has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise across investment underwriting, deal evaluation, and financial modeling. His diverse experience within both the Office and Hospitality sectors at Crescent showcases his versatility and value to the team. His knack for steering complex transactions and fostering industry relationships positions him as a pivotal contributor to Crescent's trajectory.
New Hire
Joining the ranks at Crescent is Stephen Lin, who assumes the role of Vice President of Hospitality. With over a decade of expertise in both private equity and the hotel sector, Stephen is tasked with overseeing hospitality asset management. Prior to his appointment, he was instrumental in managing a sizeable hotel portfolio at Clarion Partners. His background, coupled with a keen interest in architecture, allows him to approach real estate investments with a comprehensive perspective—making him a significant addition to the Crescent family.
A Vision for the Future
Crescent’s CEO, Conrad Suszynski, emphasized the importance of these appointments by stating, “Crescent's success is built on the strength and dedication of our people. Tony, Val, Peter, and Stephen each bring unique expertise, leadership, and a collaborative spirit that defines our culture.” The teamwork and commitment these individuals embody are expected to propel Crescent toward continued success and innovation within the industry.
