Narxoz Business School Earns Prestigious Joint Accreditation

In a significant achievement, the Narxoz Business School has been accredited jointly by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the Business Graduates Association (BGA). This prestigious recognition places Narxoz among the top 2% of business schools globally, aligning it with renowned institutions such as INSEAD, the London Business School, and HEC Paris.

The accreditation comes following a rigorous evaluation process conducted by esteemed international scholars, acknowledging the Narxoz University’s commitment to maintaining high educational standards, innovation, and continuous improvement. Andrew Main Wilson, CEO of AMBA and BGA, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "I am thrilled that Narxoz Business School has received joint accreditation from AMBA and BGA. This accolade reflects the school’s dedication to excellence, innovation, and ongoing advancements in business education. The commission was particularly impressed by the university's strong academic tradition, its contributions to the overall development of Kazakhstan, and the leadership's commitment to creating a world-class educational environment for students, graduates, and the economy."

The achievement symbolizes a pivotal transition for Narxoz University towards becoming a modern, globally competitive educational institution. Kanat Kozhakhmet, President of Narxoz University, remarked, "This groundbreaking achievement reaffirms Narxoz University's unique ability to drive profound change and deliver outcomes that meet the highest international standards. This achievement has been made possible through the long-term vision and support of our shareholder Bulat Utemuratov, alongside the professionalism of our team, faculty, graduates, and partners."

The AMBA accreditation specifically evaluates the quality of various programs, focusing on teaching standards and employer engagement, while the BGA assesses the overall strategy, culture, and societal impact of the institution. Gulnara Kurenkeyeva, Dean of the Narxoz Business School, noted, "The true value of this dual accreditation lies in our ongoing quality control. We will continually update our curriculum, assessment methods, and technology to respond to market changes and employer feedback, ensuring that our education remains closely linked to the practical challenges faced in the business world."

Over the past 17 years, Narxoz Business School has trained over 3,000 leaders and entrepreneurs within its MBA, Executive MBA, DBA, and corporate programs. In light of this new accreditation, students and alumni will now receive a complimentary lifetime membership in the global AMBA community, granting them access to a powerful network of 80,000 professionals across 150 countries. This step signifies not just recognition, but also a commitment to enhancing the educational journey and career prospects of its members, bolstering the school’s standing both locally and internationally.
