Marking this special milestone, The Capitol Hotel Tokyu will host a unique dinner event on October 17, 2025. This night will bring together the hotel’s skilled chefs, led by Executive Chef Toshinori Sogabe, who will present a culinary feast featuring over twenty exquisite dishes that blend Japanese, Western, and Chinese flavors.
