Reveling in Work Satisfaction: The 2025 Rankings of Best Workplaces in Asia

The Great Place To Work® Institute (GPTW) has just released the 2025 rankings of the best workplaces across the Asia region. This year marks the 11th edition of the rankings, which are determined through comprehensive surveys targeting employees in various countries in Asia and the Middle East. With over 3.2 million responses, the rankings reflect the experiences of roughly 7.5 million employees in the region.

The GPTW conducts these surveys to evaluate companies based on their ability to create workplaces that simultaneously offer ease of work and a sense of fulfillment. The selected companies have consistently reported a positive workplace experience across all employee ranks and job types, showcasing high levels of workplace satisfaction compared to general workplaces in the region.

In total, 200 companies have been recognized across two categories: large companies (500 or more employees) and small-to-medium enterprises (10-499 employees). Notably, 48 of these are companies based in Japan that have also received the GPTW
