Entitled "Bet on Yourself", this year's conference aims to inspire and equip women with valuable tools for success in the skilled trades industry. With registration now open, attendees can look forward to a multitude of motivational speakers, including Erin Hatzikostas, an internationally recognized leader on authenticity in the workplace, and Angela Gaffney, a best-selling author and executive coach. Women in HVACR President Kristin Gallup, who also serves as the Director of Product Management for Carrier Enterprise in Orlando, stresses the observance of community among the attendees, stating, "Our annual conference serves as a platform for women to network, share experiences, and learn from one another.
