Celebrate Christmas 2025 with Tokyo Dome Hotel's Exquisite Cakes

As the holiday season approaches, the Tokyo Dome Hotel is ready to enchant guests with its sumptuous selection of Christmas cakes. Starting from November 5, 2025, guests can pre-order five specialty cakes from the hotel's Super Dining restaurant, Rilassa, along with a sumptuous main dish inspired by authentic French cuisine. Under the expertise of Chef Kenji Nagashima, these cakes promise not only delectable flavors but also visually stunning presentations.

A Sweet Collaboration: The Dome de Neige

One standout from the collection is the Dome de Neige, which pays homage to the winter illumination theme of TOKYO SNOW DOME CITY. This snow-white cake features a velvety and rich white chocolate dome, artfully decorated with white strawberries that resemble gentle snowflakes. Dimensions of this cake are 18 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height, and it's priced at ¥9,500. Only 20 pieces of this exclusive cake will be made, adding to its allure.

The Classic Noel Noel

Another must-try is the beloved Noel Noel, a classic strawberry shortcake that has won the hearts of many. This two-layer cake showcases moist sponge cake layered with rich cream and sweet strawberries, creating a light texture that melts in the mouth. Available in two sizes: 15 cm for ¥5,500 and 18 cm for ¥6,500, it’s perfect for sharing or savoring solo.

Festive Mont Blanc Delight

For a unique twist, the Noel Mont Blanc resembles a Christmas wreath, composed of almond-scented dacquoise base topped with a creamy chestnut mousse, fresh cream, and a luscious cassis sauce, adorned with both Japanese and French chestnut cream. Its charming presentation and delightful flavors make it a festive favorite, priced at ¥5,500 for an 18 cm ring shape.

Chocolate Indulgence

The Noel Chocolat, another limited selection, combines ripe banana confit and fragrant tonka bean crème brûlée with rich chocolate, ensuring a smooth and decadent experience. Available in a smaller size of 10 cm for ¥4,000, it is designed for a more intimate celebration. Only 20 pieces will be available, marking it as a luxurious treat for the holiday season.

Santa's Sweet Surprise

Lastly, the Noel Santa features an adorable Santa-shaped design, with a mousse of strawberries and white chocolate encasing a delightful pistachio mousse and berry gel. This charming dessert is available for ¥4,000 and will surely light up any Christmas gathering.

Main Dish: Beef Wellington with Truffle Sauce

Along with the delightful cakes, guests can also indulge in a spectacular main dish: the Beef Wellington with Truffle Sauce. This gourmet entrée, prepared by the chefs at Du Mille, features tender beef filet wrapped in duxelles and enveloped in flaky pastry, served with a rich truffle sauce. This dish is priced at ¥14,000 and is limited to 50 orders.

Holiday Booking Details

Guests can reserve their cakes and the main dish from November 5 to December 19, 2025, with pickup available between December 20 and December 25 at the Rilassa restaurant. A special early booking discount of 10% off the total for orders made by November 30 offers additional festive cheer.
