1. Pork Shabu with Sesame Sauce


This dish features tender, thinly sliced pork belly combined with a rich homemade sesame sauce made from a blend of flavorful dashi, sesame, bonito, and iriko (dried fish). The delicate balance of flavors makes every bite enjoyable, complementing the firm noodles perfectly. Topped with a hint of mitsuba (Japanese wild chervil), this dish is a true reflection of Miyatake’s dedication to culinary excellence.

2. Chilled Sudachi – Last Year’s Top Pick
