1. During the creation of a provisional schedule, users can set up a list of potential facilities to be reserved. Up to 10 facilities can be prioritized.
2. When generating candidate dates, if the prioritized facility is available, it will be automatically booked. If not, a detailed scheduling interface will open for users to select alternate options, further simplifying the process.

Location Settings Update

In a bid to enhance the flexibility of working patterns, mitoco now allows users to specify days of the week when registering their work locations. This change accommodates repetitive working arrangements such as “remote work every Wednesday” or “office attendance on weekdays, excluding weekends,” making it simpler for users to manage their schedules.

Pinned Rooms in Chat

The updated version has introduced a pinning feature for chat rooms, allowing users to keep frequently used rooms at the top of their list. This means that important chat rooms will remain easily accessible, avoiding getting buried under other conversations.

Today's BBS Feature

Mitoco has added a customizable 'Today's BBS' setting, which can be placed on the home screen. Administrators now have more flexibility to adjust the BBS design, filtering options, and display criteria, ensuring that users can create an optimal bulletin board experience. Features like category filtering and 'must-read' post prioritization can be set up to suit different usage contexts.
