He urged shareholders to evaluate the company based on two critical metrics over the next 12 to 18 months: megawatts managed and signed leases.
Z Squared's acquisition strategy is not without challenges. Halabu provided clarity on the company's acquisition of Paradox Data, LLC, which included the Union County Campus, stating that the transaction was completed entirely in stock, thus avoiding any immediate cash outlay or debt obligations.
As Z Squared continues to expand its footprint in the AI infrastructure market, Halabu remains optimistic about monetizing the initial six to eight megawatts of power by early to mid-2027, contingent upon achieving key development milestones.
