Celebrating 20 Years of Taiyo no Tomato Men with the Ultimate Ebi Kuri

A Gourmet Celebration: The Special Ebi Kuri

As Taiyo no Tomato Men marks its 20th anniversary, it pays tribute to its culinary journey by unveiling the 'Special Ebi Kuri.' This luxurious dish builds upon the success of the immensely popular 'Ebi Cream Tomato Noodles' first launched in December 2012. This limited-time offering has evolved over the years, showcasing the creativity and passion of the brand.

In 2023, the restaurant introduced 'Koi Ebi Kuri,' which featured a richer broth and increased shrimp content, captivating the taste buds of its loyal customers. Now, as part of the anniversary celebrations, Taiyo no Tomato Men has crafted the 'Special Ebi Kuri,' a pinnacle of their Ebi Cream offerings, available from December 18, 2025, at all locations throughout Japan.

This dish is an indulgent combination of a thick, savory shrimp-tomato sauce blended with fresh cream and infused with a refreshing hint of rosemary. The signature rose-hued cream tomato soup is accompanied by an array of vibrant vegetables, including succulent large shrimp, squid, zucchini, enoki mushrooms, kobo chips, lotus root, broccoli, and bell peppers. To top it all off, there’s crispy grilled cheese and perfectly toasted baguette slices for a satisfying crunch.

Additionally, guests can opt for the 'Special Ebi Kuri Set' priced at 1,500 yen, which includes 'Ebi Miso Dashi' and 'Special Raa Rizo.' After savoring the noodles, diners can enhance the leftover soup with the 'Ebi Miso Dashi,' creating a delightful blend of Eastern and Western flavors in a comforting risotto-style dish. This unique combination is a culinary experience that is especially appealing during the chilly winter months.
