Taiwanese Cuisine Fair in Tokai Region

Following a growing love for Taiwanese food in Japan, Seven-Eleven Japan, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is launching a special event titled #Taiwanese Cuisine Fair. This fair will run from December 9 to 22, 2023 across Aichi, Gifu, and Mie Prefectures, highlighting the best of Taiwanese flavors treasured in the region.

The fair will introduce seven different dishes, ranging from onigiri (rice balls) to assorted sweets, all inspired by iconic Taiwanese culinary practices. This initiative aims to celebrate the local spirit of winter with spicy and comforting foods that are perfect for the season.
