BlueFocus Achieves Remarkable 60 Billion RMB Revenue Growth in 2024 Driven by AI Initiatives

BlueFocus Achieves 60 Billion RMB in Revenue

In a recent annual report released on April 24, 2025, BlueFocus made headlines by revealing their outstanding revenue of 60.797 billion RMB for 2024, marking a remarkable 15.55% increase compared to the previous year. This achievement positions BlueFocus as the first marketing company in China to surpass the 60-billion mark in annual revenue, underscoring its leading role in the industry.

Fei Pan, the CEO of BlueFocus, declared, "BlueFocus has entered what may be its most strategic and pivotal era. We are committed to transforming into a genuine AI-driven marketing technology enterprise, tapping into the trillion RMB opportunities arising from the current restructuring in both the Chinese marketing sector and the global market."

Since 2023, BlueFocus has fully embraced an "All in AI" strategy, building its proprietary industrial model, BlueAI, which now powers over 95% of the company's operational workflows. The efficiency gains seen in integrated marketing, smart advertising, and outbound international commerce have escalated from 60% to an astonishing 1,000%. Revenue generated from AI is projected to reach 1.2 billion RMB in 2024, marking more than a tenfold increase year-on-year. Looking ahead, BlueFocus anticipates that AI-driven revenue will soar to between 3 and 5 billion RMB in 2025 and exceed 10 billion RMB in the long term.

"Progress towards this milestone will be assessed based on three criteria: high gross margins, significant AI integration intensity, and the creation of revenue models enabled by AI. Ultimately, 70 to 80 percent of BlueFocus's revenues must be reimagined through AI to transition into high-quality income streams," Fei Pan explained.

In addition to its AI ambitions, BlueFocus is actively advancing its globalization strategy. The company's international advertising revenues reached 48.333 billion RMB in 2024, a growth of 29.36% from the previous year, capturing nearly 80% of total revenues. Revenues from strategic partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok for Business continue to experience double-digit growth.

To enhance its local presence, BlueFocus has established offices in key markets, including the United States, Singapore, Japan, the Netherlands, Vietnam, Thailand, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil. The firm plans to open three to five additional branches in Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America.

Through the synergy created by its AI strategy and its 2.0 globalization initiatives, BlueFocus is poised to redefine marketing evaluation standards. The company's ambition is to become a leader in marketing technology, anchored in technological innovation, while demonstrating a bold global vision—ultimately paving the way as a critical example from China in the evolution of the global marketing landscape.

AI Integration at BlueFocus

In summary, BlueFocus's record-breaking revenue demonstrates the transformative potential of integrating AI within marketing strategies, alongside a robust global presence that secures its future growth trajectory. As the marketing landscape evolves, BlueFocus stands ready to lead the charge, setting benchmarks that others in the industry will follow.
