This year, Bulgari Ginza Bar will welcome Eduardo Nava, celebrated in 2025 for his exceptional skills and innovative cocktail creations at Bar Mauro. Having secured numerous accolades in international competitions, Eduardo excels in creating aperitivo-style cocktails with rich narratives behind each drink, emphasizing the philosophy of why he creates them.

Eduardo will collaborate with Bulgari Ginza Bar's manager, Simone Chambrone, a seasoned bartender experienced in crafting sophisticated cocktails. Together, they will present a fusion of elegance and innovation, offering a unique perspective on the art of cocktail preparation.
