1. Coaching Feature for Immediate Feedback

The Coaching Feature allows safety managers to offer timely guidance right after risky events, such as distracted driving, drowsiness, or tailgating. Previously, safety instruction was often conducted post-operation or days later; however, this new capability allows feedback to be given when the incident is still fresh in the driver’s mind, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of training.
