VDA Origin Secures Major Construction Financing for Luxury Condos
VDA Origin, a prominent Chilean real estate development firm, has made headlines by securing a significant financial boost for its latest project, the Origin Residences by Artefacto. The firm has successfully acquired a construction loan worth $30.5 million from S3 Capital, located in New York. This funding will play a crucial role in advancing the development of this luxurious project situated in the coveted Bay Harbor Islands.
Origin Residences represents a significant milestone, being the first condominium that is both branded and furnished by the acclaimed Brazilian design house, Artefacto. Groundbreaking for the project took place in April 2025, and completion is anticipated by late 2026. The development will feature 27 exclusive luxury residences ranging in size from 2,135 to 2,200 square feet, with prices that start from $3.8 million and go up to $4.5 million. Given the extraordinary appeal of this initiative, it's worth noting that 20 of the 27 residences have already been pre-sold.
