Join the LOVE OCEAN Movement
In Kanagawa Prefecture, the
Riviera Future Creation Project, a designated NPO, is inviting participants for the
LOVE OCEAN initiative, now in its sixth year. This project, which focuses on marine conservation and stimulating local economies, aims to unite communities under the banner of “The ocean is connected.”
This year's LOVE OCEAN will cover an extensive coastal area of
110km, stretching from Miura to Yugawara, and will connect various cleanup efforts across
13 municipalities. The movement encourages participation from citizens, students, corporations, and tourists alike, promoting a community-wide approach to environmental action.
New Phase of LOVE OCEAN
This year's initiative signifies a new phase in its evolution, transforming into a

- - A cross-municipal partnership involving 13 municipalities will ensure extensive outreach and impact.
