Tamapa, FL – Depot Connect International (DCI), a global leader in tank container services and logistics solutions, has taken a significant step in its growth strategy by announcing the appointment of Stan Kolev as Chief Financial Officer. This decision comes as DCI continues to enhance its market position and pursue new opportunities in the logistics landscape.

Kolev comes to DCI with an impressive background, boasting over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He has held various senior leadership roles that have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge in managing complex financial operations. His expertise particularly shines through in private equity-backed growth strategies and industrial services, making him a valuable addition to the DCI team.

Prior to joining DCI, Kolev served as the CFO at ITS Logistics, a prominent third-party logistics provider with revenues exceeding $1.3 billion. In his tenure there, he played a crucial role during a successful acquisition, demonstrating his capability in navigating financially complex negotiations and integrations.

Before his role at ITS Logistics, Kolev was the CFO of Industrial Service Solutions. He was instrumental in implementing a successful "buy-and-build" strategy, which led to a significant revenue growth from under $300 million to over $550 million before a successful exit to a new private equity fund. His robust track record positions him ideally to lead DCI's global financial strategy, which includes overseeing financial reporting, cash management, and merger and acquisition integrations.

Kolev has earned dual degrees in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master’s in Finance from Varna University of Economics in Bulgaria. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), credentials that further validate his extensive expertise in the financial field.
