His notable contributions span across multiple industries including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), banking, consulting, and technology, particularly in strategic HR and business transformation.

Prior to joining Dstny, he spearheaded global HR operations at a leading IT consultancy where he adeptly navigated through mergers and acquisitions, significantly elevating the organization's performance on a global scale.
