CVS Health Announces Unique Bandage Art Contest to Inspire Community Wellness

CVS Health's 'Wear Your HeART' Bandage Art Contest

CVS Health® has kicked off an exciting initiative known as the 'Wear Your HeART' Bandage Art Contest, inviting individuals from all corners of the United States to showcase their artistry. This unique contest emphasizes the significance of health protection across families and communities.

The Concept Behind the Contest

The overarching theme of the contest revolves around expressing what health protection means to individuals through creative artwork. By designing bandages that resonate with personal stories of care, protection, and community wellness, participants can turn their creativity into impactful messages. Four winning designs will be selected and featured on limited-edition CVS brand bandages, set to be distributed at CVS Pharmacy locations nationwide starting in Fall 2027. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive a cash prize of $5,000.

Erin Condon, Chief Marketing Officer of Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness at CVS Health, stated, "Protection can look different for everyone, whether it's getting vaccinated, caring for a loved one, or taking small steps to stay healthy. Through this contest, we're inviting people to share their unique perspectives on what it means to protect their health and their communities."

Contest Details

The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, with opportunities for adults aged 18 and older to submit entries individually. Those under 18 may participate with the help of a parent or guardian. Each participant or group is allowed to submit only one design, ensuring that each entry is thoughtfully crafted to reflect an individual's or group's vision of health protection.

Submission Guidelines

  • - Artwork Theme: The design must creatively reflect the theme of health protection. Notably, participants are required to incorporate the CVS heart in their artwork.
  • - Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on storytelling, creativity, quality of execution, and brand alignment. This means that beyond just artistic merit, the story behind the artwork and its clarity in expressing health protection will play a crucial role in the judging process.

Once the submission period concludes, a panel of CVS Health judges will conduct an initial review of all entries. From there, finalists may undergo further evaluation phases before the final winners are determined. Winners will be publicly announced in January 2027.

How to Participate

The application window for the contest is open from September 15, 2026, to November 30, 2026. Interested participants can submit their designs and required personal information at CVSWearYourHeART.com during this period. Required details for submission will include contact information, as well as city and state of residence. For underage participants, consent from a parent or guardian will also be necessary.

No Purchase Required

It is important to note that no purchase is necessary to enter the contest. CVS is offering this opportunity free of charge, making it accessible for everyone who wishes to express their creativity and share their message about health.
