Ministry of Agriculture Recognizes New Business Plans
The Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has issued new recognitions under the Green Food System Law, approving business plans submitted by four companies. This recent endorsement signifies a step towards enhancing agricultural sustainability and reducing environmental impacts. In total, 92 business plans have now been recognized since the law's enactment.

The latest approvals include the business plans from the following companies:

Futaba Industry Co., Ltd.
Their plan focuses on innovative cultivation techniques that minimize chemical fertilizer usage.

Morigara Energy Co., Ltd.
This plan emphasizes renewable energy sources derived from agricultural waste.
3.
Japan Chunky Co., Ltd.
They aim to establish a supply chain for organic agricultural products.
4.
Kamikado Co., Ltd.
Their initiative involves developing eco-friendly production methods.
Each plan underwent thorough examination based on the criteria established in Article 39, paragraph 4 of the law, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements for approval.
Alongside these new submissions, the Ministry also recognized changes to plans from four other companies, consisting of Iseki & Co., TOWING Co., Yokoyama Net Co., and Shikoku Gauge Co., and liveR LLC. These amendments further reflect the adaptive nature of businesses within this regulatory framework.
