Exciting Collaboration Event: Assassin’s Creed Shadows Meets Attack on Titan!
Ubisoft has officially announced an exciting in-game event for their hit title,
Assassin's Creed Shadows, featuring an incredible collaboration with the anime
Attack on Titan set to commence on
November 25, 2023. This event, which will run for a full four weeks until
December 22, is part of a broader update accessible to all players and includes new free story content.
During this event, players will follow the characters Naoe and Yasusuke as they are led by a mysteriously dressed woman named
Aida. They will embark on a thrilling new quest filled with dark rituals and looming transformations of monsters. Their mission is to rescue Aida's friend from an unknown cult, leading them deep into the heart of a cave filled with enigmatic crystals.
As they navigate strange experiments and face bizarre monstrous enemies, players must rely on their instincts to survive unprecedented threats. To participate, players can progress through the story until they can select Yasusuke as the playable character by locating the quest giver northeast of the mountain castle.
Completing the quest will unlock a variety of exclusive rewards, including new swords and treasures hidden within the cave's secrets. Furthermore, players can explore
Attack on Titan themed packs available in the store, featuring costumes inspired by giants for Yasusuke, and outfits for Naoe designed after the iconic character Mikasa, as well as weapons, and survey corps' mounts, providing players with a wealth of customization options.
This update will also include the third free story drop,
“The Challenge”, depicting Naoe and Yasusuke humorously sharing and teaching each other new skills. Naoe adds her flair to Yasusuke's kicking techniques, while Yasusuke masters quiet non-lethal stealth attacks. As suggested by the title, this story introduces intricate puzzles that utilize the game's environment. Successfully solving these challenges may reveal some answers that players have been eagerly seeking.
