Engaging Students in Career Awareness Through the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE Program
From September 17 to 19, 2025, Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. will host a career experience program titled "DOMINISTA CHALLENGE" specifically for students at the Izumo City Hamayama Junior High School. This program will take place at the traditional inns, "Inishie no Yado Kahun" and "Yado Tsukiyo no Usagi".
Kyoritsu Maintenance, which operates business hotels such as Dormy Inn and resort hotels under Kyoritsu Resort, has been organizing this immersive program since 2019, aimed at middle and high school students. These experiences enable them to comprehend the realities of the workforce while cultivating an appreciation for their community by serving visitors to their hometown.

By interacting with diverse individuals in a globalized world, the hospitality experience provides vital lessons in multicultural coexistence—an important aspect of today’s society. Over 60 schools from the Chugoku and Shikoku regions have participated, highlighting the program's effectiveness as a component of career education.
