Before stepping into his current role, he served as the Group President of BayHarbor Management Services and was a Founding Partner at Service Plus Financial. Additionally, he was the General Manager for Orange and San Diego Counties at CarrAmerica Realty, a major national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) traded on the NYSE.
His wealth of experience in managing real estate, operations, and finances has established him as a trusted authority in the industry. Clifton holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He also possesses the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California. His commitment to professional development is evident through his active involvement in several key organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he chaired the Western Division Operations Committee. Moreover, he is engaged with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), among others.
