The workshop will run from 14:00 to 16:00 each day, with registration beginning at 13:30. Each session accommodates only 13 families, creating an intimate setting where both parents and children can participate together.

During this two-hour experience, children will don chef coats and hats, immersing themselves in the world of pâtisserie as they learn to create a classic fruit shortcake from scratch. Participants will engage in both sponge cake preparation and decoration under the expert guidance of Chef Nagashima.

Attendees will learn how to recycle leftover sponge cake into delightful glass desserts, promoting awareness of food waste while enjoying tea time. - Additional elementary school child: ¥7,000
- Additional adult: ¥3,000
