Bonchi Launches Unique Fruit Cheesecake Bars in Nakameguro
A fresh dessert haven offering an innovative take on fruit treats has opened in Nakameguro. The five-year-old agricultural startup Bonchi is making waves with its new line of fruit-based desserts. The latest addition is the seasonally inspired Fruit Rare Cheesecake Bars, now available for purchase from the Bonchi Stand at HVEN, located under the Nakameguro station.
Bonchi, which operates out of Yamanashi Prefecture, specializes in direct delivery of fruits, both retail and wholesale. The company has entered into a partnership with SALT GROUP, a diverse business in the food service industry, to bring these unique desserts to a wider audience. Starting from June 5, the Bonchi Stand will be offering eight seasonal varieties of cheese bars from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., exclusively for takeout.
Background and Purpose of the Launch
Bonchi aims to revolutionize distribution in the fruit market, particularly focusing on ripe fruits that are often overlooked. After spending nine months at Tokyo's Daimaru with the Bonchi Cafe, the company decided to expand its reach. By introducing these cheesecake bars in Nakameguro, an area known for its trendy and health-conscious residents, Bonchi invites customers to integrate the joys of ripe fruits into their lifestyle.
By combining the rich flavors of rare cheese with fresh, fully ripened fruit in a convenient stick format, Bonchi hopes to enhance the enjoyment of these fruits for everyone. The new stand is designed with a beautiful ambiance reminiscent of a fruit orchard, providing a delightful backdrop for customers.
