Since launching its first outlet in Osaka's Ohatsu Tenjin in March 2022, Amatsu has expanded rapidly, currently operating seven locations. The combination of town-style Chinese dishes and communal dining makes every visit to Amatsu a unique experience. The self-serve highball towers, priced from 550 yen for 60 minutes, ensure that plenty of refreshing drinks flow continuously with minimal wait.

The restaurant's logo features a cloud shaped like gyoza, symbolizing its commitment to soaring high in delivering delicious flavors. The signature dish, Homemade Gyoza, is a blend of coarsely ground pork along with cabbage, bok choy, green onions, garlic, ginger, and a meticulously balanced recipe, ensuring a succulent and juicy sensation.
