What Does the Settlement Offer?

The total settlement allocated by Premier Nutrition amounts to approximately $70,839,813.53. After attorney fees, costs, and administrative expenses are deducted, the remaining funds will be distributed among eligible Class Members. For Class Members tracked through retailer records, payments will be made automatically based on the quantity of Joint Juice units purchased.
