Helm Expands Automotive Offerings through Partnership with Stellantis
Helm, a prominent name in tech-driven business consulting and marketing solutions, has just announced the expansion of its automotive services portfolio through an exciting partnership with Stellantis, one of the global giants in the automotive sector. This collaboration marks a pivotal move for Helm, as it introduces two significant initiatives aimed at improving fleet management and wholesale parts services.
The first initiative is the
Mopar Fleet, which emphasizes the benefits of Stellantis's centralized billing system, known as Servicent. This system is designed to simplify the process for fleets, regardless of their size, allowing them to access vehicle services from any of Mopar’s 2,600 dealerships across the United States. With Servicent, fleets can expect to receive a single consolidated bill at the end of each month, which enhances their financial tracking and operational efficiency. The system also incorporates pre-authorization capabilities that fleets deem crucial for effective cost management and decision-making.
To head these operations, Helm has appointed
Frank Donnelly, the Executive Vice President of Retail Network Solutions. He will lead a team of five individuals who will work closely with Stellantis’s Fleet organization to ensure the success of this initiative. Additionally, Helm is bolstering its efforts by adding two more team members to support the administrative aspects of Servicent, indicating a comprehensive approach to enhance the fleet service experience.
Furthermore, Helm is not stopping at fleet management. The company has also introduced
five Wholesale Managers to cater specifically to Stellantis’s physical Business Centers. These managers will focus on expanding opportunities within the collision and wholesale mechanical markets, which are vital for the dealerships that supply necessary parts and resources to various repair facilities. Most collision work is performed outside dealership networks, making this support crucial in strengthening those partnerships.
The role of the Wholesale Managers is multifaceted; they will aid collision shops by deploying Mopar programs, tools, and parts, ultimately striving to provide a superior experience for the end user. In addition, they will extend their support to independent repair facilities that handle older vehicles, ensuring that reliable maintenance and repair services are accessible to all customers.
Ryan Maguire, CEO of Helm, expressed the company's vision succinctly: “Building teams dedicated to providing support and delivering value-driven solutions to our partners underscores Helm's commitment to advancing the automotive industry.” This statement reflects Helm's ambition to not only partner with Stellantis but also to innovate within the automotive service sector, thereby aiding the dealers and their customers.
This strategic expansion emphasizes Helm's commitment to providing value-added services that resonate with its partners and enhance consumer satisfaction across the board. With its tech-enabled solutions and a focus on collaboration, Helm is reinforcing its position as a leader in the automotive industry.
Through this partnership with Stellantis, Helm aims to support customer service excellence and ensure that vehicle maintenance services align closely with modern needs. The initiative stands to revolutionize how fleets and collision operations are managed, setting a new standard for efficiency and customer care within the industry.
