The Association of Related Churches Gears Up for a Historic Fall Launch Season in 2026

ARC's Ambitious Fall Launch Season

The Association of Related Churches (ARC) is on track for an exciting launch season this fall, anticipating the establishment of 37 new churches. This follows a robust start to 2026, with 27 churches opened in the first half of the year, bringing the total number of churches to a remarkable 1,215 since ARC's inception.

This fall, 26 of the new churches will be in the United States, with an additional 11 globally. The launch day on September 13 promises to be especially significant, as 18 new churches join the network on this single day. These openings mark a culmination of extensive preparation and commitment from ARC's leaders and the aspiring pastors who will spearhead these initiatives.

Darrison and Whitney Tellez, the leaders of Free House Church in Miami, Florida, have emphasized their mission to be a beacon of freedom in a city famed for its vibrant culture and innovation. "In a city celebrated for its culture, entertainment, ambition, and innovation, the greatest need isn't another attraction; it's an encounter with Jesus," they stated. They acknowledge the pivotal role ARC has played in shaping their vision and providing the necessary support to bring their dreams to fruition.

Joshua and Katie Clarke, from Manna Church in Clarksville, Tennessee, shared similar thoughts, describing their journey of church planting as the most fulfilling experience of their family’s life. They are thankful for how ARC has transformed what can often be a challenging process into a rewarding adventure.

Earlier this year, the churches within ARC’s network recorded average attendance of 488 congregants on their initial Sundays, indicating a robust interest in community and faith-based gatherings among the public. With a growing number of church openings and increasing attendance rates, it's evident that people are seeking a deeper connection to their communities and faith.

The groundwork laid by ARC, a leading church-planting organization, goes beyond just numbers; it reflects an ongoing movement toward healthier and vibrant communities. Founded to help leaders launch life-giving churches, ARC has now celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking significant milestones in church growth and community outreach.
