Milk, which has been identified as a primary contributor to Starbucks’ Scope 3 emissions, is a focal point of this initiative. To address this, the companies have introduced a Sustainable Dairy Management Tool that enables comprehensive tracking of carbon baselines, decarbonization planning, and the implementation of pilot solutions at farms.
