This brand is a collaborative effort between the innovative bakery cafe, 'Bread and Espresso', and the specialty crepe shop, 'Crepes and Espresso', proudly brought to life by the companies Nihon to Hi and N.Owl.

The flagship locations of 'Crepes and Espresso' in Omotesando and Arashiyama have captivated audiences with their light and crispy texture, reminiscent of a cookie’s enticing aroma. Drawing inspiration from the hustle and bustle of urban life, this unique dough was crafted over a year and a half in collaboration with popular food creator, Wolf, ensuring that every bite is nothing short of extraordinary.
