About the V.J.C.C PAVILION 2025 Event
The V.J.C.C PAVILION 2025 was organized in collaboration with the Vietnamese and Japanese governments, specifically under the auspices of the
Vietnam Japan Human Resource Cooperation Center (VJCC) and the prestigious
Foreign Trade University, celebrated for its 65-year history. With support from organizations like JICA, the Japanese Embassy, JETRO, and the Japan Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (JCCI), it has become one of the largest job fairs in Vietnam aimed at bridging the gap between Japanese companies and Vietnamese students.
A Platform for Career Development
This year's event saw participation from
43 Japanese companies, mainly from the JCCI, providing vital recruitment information and shaping the future of students in terms of career pathways. Altius Link Vietnam hosted a round table discussion focusing on how AI is transforming work and the future of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. Discussions revolved around the potential of AI in enhancing operational efficacy, the transformative powers of technology, and the essential skills required for the future workplace.
During the event,
Hirotaka Kusatake, the Operations Manager at Altius Link Vietnam, highlighted the significance of data analytics and the valuable human communication skills that remain crucial in an AI-driven work environment. Students expressed enthusiasm after the discussion, stating they gained clarity on the skill sets needed in the age of AI and recognized the synergies between BPO tasks and AI integration.
