Vantage Foundation Joins Forces with The Habbit Factory
On June 12, 2025, the Vantage Foundation proudly announced its partnership with The Habbit Factory, a London-based charity dedicated to empowering young individuals through creative confidence and theatrical programs. This initiative aims to nurture self-expression and resilience in children from disadvantaged backgrounds, reflecting Vantage's commitment to community engagement and inclusivity.
The Mission of The Habbit Factory
The Habbit Factory has been instrumental in supporting creative youth development for over two decades. With a focus on inclusivity and emotional support, the organization designs theatrical programs that enhance public speaking and performance skills among children and teenagers. Currently, it aids 156 young participants through its membership program, reaching many more through educational outreach in schools and collaborative educational partnerships.
Volunteer Commitment
As part of its ongoing community development mission, Vantage Foundation volunteers have joined The Habbit Factory's creative workshops, dedicating their time and resources to inspire the next generation. Among them is Ben Joseph, who brought his expertise in dance and performing arts to the sessions. “Many of these children come from disadvantaged families and may lack self-esteem or confidence,” Ben Joseph remarked. “By earning their trust and creating a supportive space, we help them grow, express themselves, and discover who they are. The Habbit Factory is a safe and inspiring place for every child, and I am proud to contribute to something so meaningful.”
The impact of The Habbit Factory is significantly powered by its volunteers, many of whom are alumni who return to give back. This cycle of mentorship and transformation is the backbone of The Habbit Factory’s enduring success.
Community Connections
Lee Giles, Artistic Director and CEO of The Habbit Factory, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “We enjoyed hosting representatives from Vantage Foundation at The Habbit Factory. It was a significant opportunity for both teams to connect, share ideas, and learn from each other’s approaches to community impact.”
Steven Xie, Executive Director of Vantage Foundation, added, “Support for The Habbit Factory aligns closely with Vantage Foundation's mission. We believe in building trust through creativity and connection. Seeing our volunteers actively participating in such a powerful community-led initiative reaffirms our commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.”
Future Aspirations
Together, Vantage Foundation and The Habbit Factory demonstrate the remarkable potential of partnerships rooted in compassion, creativity, and a shared purpose. Through this collaboration, they strive to build a future where every child not only has a voice but also the confidence to use it.
