Hyperscale Data Reaffirms Revenue Projections and Future Plans

On July 8, 2026, Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), a prominent player in the AI data center sector focused on Bitcoin operations, confirmed its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance. The company anticipates revenue to fall between $180 million and $200 million, reflecting consistent progress on its AI infrastructure and diversified business operations.

The announcement comes ahead of a planned conference call during Q3 2026 dedicated to discussing the strategic divestiture of Ault Capital Group, Inc. (ACG), a move seen as pivotal for the future growth trajectory of Hyperscale Data.

The company has recently executed several significant initiatives, including a master services agreement (MSA) worth potentially over $3.0 billion. This long-term contract demonstrates Hyperscale Data's ability to provide substantial AI compute capacity, with the customer having options to expand that capacity in the initial two years. Such strategic contracts are expected to enhance both revenue and cash flow significantly as projects materialize and operationalize.

While the firm is withholding revenue guidance for 2027 at this point, management is optimistic that ongoing negotiations for commercial opportunities could lead to expansive revenue growth moving forward. Executive Chairman Milton
