Supporting Event Companies with SuitUp
Suits Inc., located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, is excited to announce a special campaign aimed at assisting event companies through its project and task management tool, SuitUp. This initiative will run from September 19 to September 26, 2025, providing a unique opportunity for three selected event companies to enjoy a three-month complimentary subscription to SuitUp's monthly service.
About the Campaign
To participate, event companies can fill out the inquiry form on the SuitUp website and mention "Event Company Support Campaign" in the inquiry section. The free trial allows these companies to understand the potential of SuitUp in managing their tasks efficiently.
Cost-Benefit of Task Management
According to our simulations, for a company with 30 employees, merely monitoring task progress twice a day can lead to unnecessary costs amounting to approximately 1.19 million yen monthly. Such financial burdens can be reduced significantly through implementing effective task management tools like SuitUp, which enhances visibility and accountability within teams.
Despite this, data from a survey conducted by Nulabo between October 6 and October 10, 2023, reveals a concerning trend. Only 11.7% of companies utilize dedicated task management tools, while the majority rely on personal task management methods such as emails (31.2%) and handwritten notes (30.6%). This highlights a critical gap that we aim to bridge with our campaign.
SuitUp and Event Management
Many event companies still depend on Excel or spreadsheets for task management. SuitUp addresses this by offering templates specifically tailored for events, simplifying the process of task allocation and tracking for these companies. We encourage event managers to try out SuitUp in this campaign, facilitating a better understanding of its benefits.
Continued Commitment to Support
Moving forward, Suits Inc. will continue to support small-to-medium enterprises and startups by facilitating effortless team task management through ongoing campaigns associated with SuitUp, empowering them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
