ServiceLink Announces Leadership Changes

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 21, 2026 – ServiceLink, a notable provider of tech-enabled mortgage services, has unveiled key leadership transitions that will take effect on January 1, 2027. These personnel changes are designed to propel innovation and enhance client service within the company.

Miriam Moore, who has ably served as the President of ServiceLink's Default Services Division for an impressive 15 years, will step into a new role as Executive Advisor. Moore's extensive career, nearly spanning four decades at ServiceLink and its predecessor companies, has showcased her extraordinary leadership and dedication to the organization.

Chris Azur, the CEO of ServiceLink, expressed his appreciation for Moore's contributions, stating, "Miriam has been instrumental in driving ServiceLink to become the largest and most trusted provider of integrated default services in the industry. We are fortunate that she will continue to leverage her expertise across our business."

Following Moore's transition, Dave Steinmetz will take the helm as the President of the Default Services Division. Steinmetz has a rich history with ServiceLink, having managed the company’s origination business for the past 15 years, witnessing significant transformations during that time. He joined the company in 1993 and has accumulated over 30 years of experience in various operational units within ServiceLink, including a stint as Senior Vice President of Default Services.

"Dave is recognized as one of the industry’s most client-focused and relationship-oriented executives," remarked Azur. The CEO added, "His leadership, now extending to a new segment of our organization, will bring stability, efficiency, and the necessary experience to tackle our customers' evolving business challenges."

In addition to these shifts, David Holland, the Chief Financial Officer of ServiceLink, will serve as the Interim President of Origination Services while concurrently fulfilling his CFO responsibilities. Holland will oversee the search for a permanent president for the Origination Services Division.

As Azur emphasized, "I am grateful for the commitment that Miriam, Dave, and David have demonstrated to our teams, partners, and, most importantly, our clients. I am confident that their expertise and dedication will guide us through this transition with clarity and purpose."
