According to a recent survey conducted by Nulab, while individual task management tools like emails and handwritten notes remain popular, dedicated tools for team task management are underutilized. Only 11.7% of respondents use specialized task management applications. In contrast, common tools such as Excel or spreadsheets account for 25.2%. Thus, we emphasize the importance of adopting team task management strategies to encourage productivity, especially in mid-sized and startup businesses.

The seminar will offer strategies for preventing delays in schedules, visualizing progress, and identifying risks at an early stage.
