Mita Seimenjo Celebrates with a Flavorful Comeback
Mita Seimenjo, a ramen specialty shop operated by MP Kitchen Co., Ltd., has recently marked a significant milestone by opening its 50th location in March 2025. To honor this achievement, they are offering five limited-edition menu items available from March 24 to June 30. The highlight of the fourth release, starting May 12, is the "Soba Oil Ramen," a dish that boasts a powerful punch from abundant back fat and garlic, which will be available for a limited time.
Soba Oil Ramen Overview
Price: 1,280 yen (including tax)
Special Offer: When ordering the Soba Oil Ramen, customers can purchase a black oolong tea set for an additional 100 yen.
After returning for the first time in six years, the Soba Oil Ramen is part of the hearty "Banchō" series of dipping noodle dishes. This dish stands out due to its deeply simmered pork and seafood broth, richly layered with generous amounts of back fat and garlic. The thick noodles are designed to hold onto the savory soup, providing a delightful chewy texture. The use of seasonal vegetables adds further substance, while the addition of garlic soy sauce envelops the dish in an aromatic allure, igniting your appetite.
Note: This item is only available while supplies last and is not eligible for takeout.

Mita Seimenjo's Commitment to Quality
Mita Seimenjo prides itself on the deep and delicious fusion of flavors that their signature pork and seafood broth offers, artfully prepared by simmering ingredients over a long period to extract maximum essence. The noodles, made from a carefully crafted blend of wheat flour, are tailored with respect to daily temperature and humidity to ensure the perfect texture. This dedication means adjusting cooking times based on the state of the noodles when served. Each bowl concludes with a chilling rinse in cold water, enhancing their chewiness and allowing the noodles' inherent flavors to shine.
Thick Noodles that Perfectly Complement the Rich Broth
The noodles’ meticulously crafted recipe incorporates several types of wheat flour, providing a notable aroma and elasticity. Customers can select from three sizes, all at the same price, allowing them to satisfy their hunger to the fullest.

Mita Seimenjo takes pride in creating their special dipping sauced comprising concentrated pork and seafood goodness, marrying high-quality ingredients.
